A Marketing Specialist is sought to perform the following duties:

  • Use Google analytics or similar tools to collect and analyze market data for education consulting services, translation services, business consulting services, medical consulting services and vegetarian upscale restaurant by different market segments and demographics such as age group, gender, geographic region, ethnicity, educational background, career occupation, etc.
  • Research and analyze customer preferences in our core services based on brand loyalty, products design, complaints, prices, customers’ habits and preferences to identify factors affecting customer services demand.
  • Research and analyze the impact of changes in the social environment on human psychology, behavior, consumption habits, and social laws.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback, prepare customer habit and preference reports, and meaningful linkage to marketing and promotions.
  • Optimize services/products according to customer behavior, preference, and psychology.
  • Analyze competitor’s prices, marketing strategies and promotion activities.
  • Manage databases by using Google Ads.

IT Project Manager (Irvine, CA)

AET is specialized in providing translation and various consulting services, and one branch office located in Miami,FL.
An IT Project Manager is sought to perform the following duties:

  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing.
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Work with other members of the IT team to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and new user requirements.
  • Develop detailed system and program specifications, including: data conversion, interfaces, and custom reporting to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Develop test scripts and test new functionality and enhancements.
  • Use appropriate software development methodologies prescribed by AET Services to document user requirements to design business solutions.
  • Have the ability to work with local and remote development teams to get solutions developed and implemented.

Medical Translator (Miami, FL)

AET is specialized in providing translation and various consulting services, and one branch office located in Miami,FL. A Medical Translator is sought to perform the following duties:

  • Completely understand and precisely translate clients’ documents from Chinese to English, and vice versa, such as medical reports, lab test reports, medical journals and other medical-related documents, taking into account differences with U.S. medical rules and customs and maintaining the main ideas and original meaning.
  • Translate medical company clients’ promotional materials from Chinese to English, and vice versa, including but not limited to a series of business brochures, pamphlets, catalogs, promotional materials and the clients’ company’s website.
  • Translate English medical documents and marketing materials for the Chinese business markets.
  • Work together with Medical Research Analysts to prepare and translate medical consulting documents, including introduction documents, contracts, regulations and rules, etc. for our cryonics, surrogacy, and medical tourism and medical treatment clients.
  • Accompany our clients and provide translation services to participate in medical professional conferences, medical equipment exhibitions, doctor appointments.
  • Compile terminology and information to be used in translation of medical-related documents, including medical technology, medical sciences, and professional terms.
  • Research background material in related subjects to accurately translate difficult terms or highly technical languages.
  • Proofread and edit grammar, tone, and sentence structure of professional medical translation documents. Provide feedback on scientific papers, medical journals, and other medical terminology documents. Make sure all translations are accurate, remain consistent throughout translated documents and in accordance with the original meaning and medical industry cultures of relevant countries.
  • Proofread for grammar, tone and sentence structure, and provide feedback on scientific papers, medical documents, or other highly technical documents.
  • Identify and explain differences and conflicts related to the meanings of words, concepts, or practices between Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine.

Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.
  • Proficient in Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine terminology.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Completely understand and precisely translate Chinese engineering company’s documents such as blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, computer-generated engineering analysis reports, patents, instruction manuals, contracts, purchase orders and other mechanical engineering related documents, taking into account differences with U.S. business cultures, rules and customs and maintaining the main ideas and original meaning.
  • Translate clients’ promotional materials provided, including but not limited to company website, a series of business brochure, pamphlets, catalogs and promotional materials for clients’ International customers and the clients’ company’s English language website.
  • Translate English mechanical engineering documents and marketing materials for the Chinese business markets.
  • Work together with Foreign Credential Evaluator to analyze and translate Chinese educational credential documents such as academic transcripts, degrees, professional certificates and resumes in Engineering into equivalent U.S. credentials.
  • Compile terminology and information to be used in translation of education-related documents, including technical, scientific, and professional terms.

  • Proofread and edit translations of contract, invoices and other professional documents by other translators, and make sure all translations are in accordance with the original meaning and industry cultures of relevant countries.

Financial Analyst (Irvine, CA)

AET is specialized in providing business/investment consulting, education consulting, translation services and medical consulting, and one branch office located in Irvine, CA. A Financial Analyst is sought to perform the following duties:

  • Monitor budgeting and resource planning on over 7 projects across several business lines.
  • Allocate resources and monitor investment performance to fulfill business and financial objectives.
  • Provide a wide range of financial consulting services to Chinese and U.S. companies, respectively, in financing structures and arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transactions.
  • Provide consulting services to Chinese clients by conducting industry and company research, identifying potential areas for growth; and providing input with respect to negotiations and marketing to the extent such advice relates to the clients' finances.
  • Collect and analyze data on target market sectors, industries, and economic conditions periodically; research market conditions and identify potential factors affecting investment.
